Standards for Combating Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse on Wonderful

We strictly prohibit the posting of any content that sexualizes or threatens children, whether in real or fictional form. This includes animations, digital images, multimedia, text, and illustrations. Any visual materials, links to third-party resources, or discussions involving child sexual behavior are strictly forbidden.

It is strictly prohibited to upload, store, produce, distribute, or encourage others to distribute materials related to child sexual abuse (CSAM). This applies to all intentions, including expressions of outrage or attempts to raise awareness of the issue.

We do not allow the publication of group or individual photos of infants, preschoolers, or school-aged children in user profiles. You may only share photos of your children in private messages with other users.

Displaying children in video calls or live streams is strictly prohibited, regardless of the purpose. The platform is intended exclusively for communication between adult users, and any presence of children in video content will be considered a violation of the rules.

We understand that users may discuss their children or share their images with acquaintances. However, any such discussions or publications must be strictly appropriate, legal, and comply with the current laws of Mexico.

If you encounter illegal materials, including those received in private messages, please contact our support team at support@videochat.pw. You can also report violations directly through the app via the profile or chat of the user in question.

Any violation of this policy will result in the immediate blocking of the offending account. In accordance with the laws of Mexico, if we become aware of cases of child sexual exploitation or abuse, we are required to report them to the relevant authorities.

For more information about our moderation and enforcement policies, please visit our dedicated page (videochat.pw/terms). If you believe that your materials or account have been mistakenly blocked, you can always reach out to us through our support service.
